He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin J. Conrad and Elizabeth Conrad (Rankin); his sister Susan Conrad; and his grandchildren, Brittany, Tyler and Holly Conrad.
He is survived by: his children, Sonia Reed of East Liverpool and William Conrad (Janet) of East Liverpool; his grandchildren, Johnathan Conrad (Katlyn), Hope Conrad, Misty Conrad, Kristlyn Conrad and Josh Conrad (Kylie); and his sisters, Linda Conrad of East Liverpool, Georgie Lapresto of Steubenville, OH, Irene Morelli of Steubenville, OH and Sandy Monroe of Salineville. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
