She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dunlevy and Jane Sidell Dunlevy; her former husbands, Roger Sanford and Donald White; her husband Kenneth Andrews; her siblings, Charles, Kenneth, Keith Dunlevy and Erma Rambo; and her son-in-law Ben Chaffin.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Sanford (Debbie) of East Liverpool, Doug Sanford (Jayne) of West Point, Colleen Chaffin of Ohioville and Lisa Cole (Wayne) of Lisbon; her grandchildren, Jason Sanford, Kristen Russ (Toby), Eric Sanford (Erin), Justin Sanford (Mindy), Ryan Sanford (Lee Anne), Charles Chaffin, Amy Beck (Bill), Brent Cole (Katherine) and Sara Zellers (Devan); and her great grandchildren, Zoe Sanford, Josh Beck, Cole Beck, Caleb Sanford, Kirill Sanford, Jacob Sanford, Ashley Sanford, Owen Sanford and Lisa Marie Cole.
