Johnson (Amber); his grandchildren, Caleb Bellville, Evelynn Bellville, Oliver Bellville and Ivar; his siblings, Candaline Moore (Jim Smith) and Gary Johnson (Roni); and his brother-in-law Russ Moore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
