It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer L. Vest Jr. of East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on February 26, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer L. Vest, Sr. and Lucy Cronin (Griffith). He is survived by: his wife Naomi J. Vest (Halstead); his children, Donald Vest, Rob Vest, Terra Lipira (Shawn) and Jody Cook (Steve); his siblings, Terry, Richard, Carl Vest, Carole Saling and Linda Davidson; and his stepbrother Michael Cronin. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
