He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Smith, and Hilda L. Smith, Sr. (Brown); and his sister Kathy Sandefur. He is survived by: his wife Diana Smith; his daughters, Cynthia Smith, Tina St. John (Ken) and Melissa Hay; his grandchildren, Brandon, Sarah, Emily and Riley; and his great grandchildren, Hayes, Rhett and Harper.
