He was predeceased by: his parents, John Trevor and Betty Sims Trevor; and his brothers, Danny "Hoss" Trevor and David Trevor. He is survived by: his children, Alivia K. Trevor of East Liverpool and Shane M. Trevor of East Liverpool.
