She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hall and Katherine May Alton Hall; her husband James E. Foutts; her sons, Michael R. Logan and Douglas R. Logan; her grandson David Parker, Jr.; and her siblings, Marjorie Manley, Edward Hall and David Hall.
She is survived by: her siblings, Nancy Monte (Mike) of Wellsville and Robert Hall (Caroline) of Salem; and her daughter-in-law Terri Logan. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
