She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Seibert and Margaret Seibert DiPasquale (Colledge); and her former husband Pat. She is survived by: her husband William J. Henderson; her daughter Rachel Purton (Jeff Vu); her siblings, Amy Seibert Locke Clause (Dan), Don Seibert, Joel Seibert (Debra) and Rick Seibert (Karen); and her stepsiblings, Pat Alloway (Ray), Deann Kight (Brent), John "Sonny" DiPasquale and Mike DiPasquale (Diane).
