She is survived by: her husband Jay R. Maple; her sons, Matthew J. Maple of East Liverpool and Jordan E. Maple (Karla) of East Liverpool; her grandson Raymond Householder (Kady) of East Liverpool; and her brother Dan Chaffee of Beaufort, NC..
