She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Moats and Lucinda Moats (Pitzer); and her husband John R. Bourne, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica K. Bourne and Emily Milliron (Benjamin); her grandchildren, Emma Palmer, Jordan Palmer, Karly Palmer, Michael Palmer II, Jonathan Milliron, Matthew Milliron, Abigail Milliron and LeeAnn Milliron; and her siblings, Rodney Moats (Ellen), Donna Brown, Diane Adkins and Alisa Moats-Sullivan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
