He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Humphrey and Carol Sue Chronister Creel; his siblings, Chris Bowersock and Kenny Humphrey; and his stepfather Raymond Creel.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia McElhaney Humphrey; his children, Brandy Barborak (Nick), Jayci Humphrey and Amy Humphrey; his granddaughters, Audrey and Abby; and his sister Joan Nesselrotte (Jason) of Lisbon.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dawson Funeral Home (215 W 5th St, East Liverpool, OH 43920). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Dawson Family Center (220 W 5th St, East Liverpool, OH 43920).
