He was predeceased by: his mother Penny Tice Kelly. He is survived by: his daughters, Liliana Green and Serenity Green of East Liverpool; his siblings, Jennifer Nally (Joshua) of Salem, Derek Green (Ashley) of Kensington and Dustin Green (Cortney) of East Liverpool; and his aunts, Janet Sendling (Gary), Patty Keller, Wanda Roush (Bobby), Terri Davis and Stephanie Green. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
