He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh H. Simpson and Genivie L. "Genny" Simpson (Hulderman); and his wife Eva Simpson. He is survived by: his children, Charles A. Simpson, Jr. and Amy White (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Kenny, Katelynn, Cassidy and Grace Stouffer; and his great grandchildren, Eddie and Susan Groux.
