He is survived by: his nieces, Cynthia Millhorn (Ron), Jo Ann Neimeyer (Mark) and Kay Ryan; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Shannon, Bill Sullivan, Danny Ryan, Lisa, Tim Farmer, Chuck, Jessie Millhorn, Jeff, Melissa Millhorn, Juli and Mark Tice.
