He is survived by: his children, Ryan McNeill (Stacie McNeill), Lauren McNeill and Jennifer McNeill Fritscher (Barret Fritscher); his grandchildren, Peyton and Blake McNeill; and his siblings, Tom McNeill and Ann Foley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
