He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Russell and Helen L. Russell (Moore); his sister Rebecca "Becky" Beaver; and his brothers-in-law, Roy Dunn and Thomas Powell.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Russell (Dunn); his sister Charleen Franczek; his siblings-in-law, Charles Beaver, Janet Powell and Teresa Dunn; his nieces and nephews, Patrick Beaver (Robert Seeley), Melody Carlisle (Rick), Tim Beaver (Stacey), Christopher Beaver (Katheryn), Rebecca Beaver (Rebekah Furey), Jennifer Conley (Eric), Joe Franczek (Kim), Jay Franczek, Jim Franczek (Vicki Ellsworth), Robert Headley (Robin), James Headley (Leanne), Elizabeth Edenfield (Brian), Connie Dunn Williams (Tom) and Clark Dunn (Marcie); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sam Headley (Shelbie), Jessica Headley, Bob Headley, Jr., Sam Franczek (Taylor), Aaron Franczek, Alexander Conley, Allison Conley, Andrew Conley, Hanna Edenfield, Olivia Beaver, Cole Beaver (Kayla), Kinsey Beaver, Sarah Wyatt, Hannah Wyatt, Aaron Carlisle, Justice Williams Ogden (Everett), Parker Sommers, Lynkin Williams, Melody Williams and Kohl Williams.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dawson Funeral Home (215 W 5th St, East Liverpool, OH 43920). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
