It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Eber Grimes of East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on August 31, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Ross Erwin Grimes; his wife Maryann Todd Grimes; and his siblings, Earl Erwin Grimes, Roy Melvin Grimes and Rev. Lenora Maxine Pardee.
He is survived by: his sons, Paul A. Grimes (LaDonna) of Hampton, VA, Ross A. Grimes (Teresa) of Sumter, SC and Eber A. Grimes (Heather) of East Liverpool; his grandchildren, Crystal Wayner (Mike), Michelle Wells, Greg Grimes, Sabrina Grimes, Jessica Atkinson (Leslie), Paxton Grimes and Paige Grimes; and his great grandchildren, Paizleigh, Madison and Asher.
