She is survived by: her husband Daniel Gourley; her children, Sandra Sprouse (Randy) of East Liverpool, Lana Wagner (Robert) of East Liverpool and Dave Gourley of East Liverpool; her grandson Daniel Pickens of Kansas; her children, Bonnie Sue Rodriguez of Wellsville, Steven Gethen of Pittsburgh, Jamie Smith of East Liverpool, Jason Wagner of Florida, Richard Wagner of Chester, Clayton Daniel Gourley of East Liverpool and Terry Adkins-Coil of East Liverpool; and her brother Samuel L. Parker of Alabama. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
