He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond L. Oliver and Eleanor Elizabeth Park Oliver; and his former wife Paula Skavenski Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn J. "Kat" Burson Oliver; his children, Mary Bethel (James), Zachary Oliver (Abby Bernhardt) and Daniel Oliver (Tonya Shell); his stepchildren, Rachel Pease and Tommy Pease II; his grandchildren, Cohen, Henry, Taylor, Luke and Kazia; his sister Susan Harvey (Mike); his niece Megan; his nephew Steve; and his close friend Sally Kahlo.
