He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy K. "Big Red" McCoy, Sr. and Freda D. Evans McCoy; and his sister Marilyn A. McCoy. He is survived by: his wife Deborah A. Burson McCoy; and his siblings, Sherryl McCoy of Ambridge, Evelyn McCoy of Ambridge, Leroy McCoy, Jr. (Kathy) of Salem, Bob McCoy (Rose) of Rochester and Ed McCoy of Ambridge.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dawson Funeral Home (215 W 5th St, East Liverpool, OH 43920). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
