With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of ApacheJoe LeRoy Carnes of East Liverpool, Ohio, born in Salem, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 23, 2024 at the age of 35. He was predeceased by: his father Alvin LeRoy Carnes. He is survived by: his mother Sheila Louise Johnson (Newberry) of Lisbon; his children, Haley Carnes of Washingtonville, Leeanne Ridgley and Samuel Ridgley of East Liverpool; his siblings, Alvin W. Carnes of Hanoverton, Freda Houp (Maxwell) of Columbiana, Neva Carman (Matthew) of East Liverpool, Erika Miller of East Liverpool and Amy Moore (Brandi Jo) of Boardman; and also Rebecca Jean Ridgley of East Liverpool. He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other family members.
Joe's legacy as a kind-hearted individual will endure, epitomized by his final act of selflessness in giving the gift of life and hope through organ donation.
