He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Heath White (Danielle), Heather, Joel White, Bunky, Carrie, Sherry Sines, Tony Hamill (Brittany), Keely Ridenour, Skyler Hamill, Valerie Bookless (John), Christopher Ahn, Tiffany Jeon (Jae), Aaron Waters (Jennifer), Abigail Ellis (Kyle), Kyle Boykin (Melissa) and Sydney Boykin; and his friends, Jeff and Aneta Snyder.
