He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Taylor and Lucious Taylor; and his son Cornelius. He is survived by: his siblings, Lizzie Brand, W. P. Taylor and Nathaniel Taylor; his children, Grennetta Taylor and Nathan Taylor (Mary); his sister Gertha Coleman of Dayton, Ohio.; his close friend Linda Russell; his grandchildren, Chavone (Michael), Chandra, Nathaniel, Marquel, Angela and Constunce; and his great grandchildren, Jordyn, Jurnee and Mike Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
