She is survived by: her children, John Patmon Jr., Brian Patmon, Vickie Patmon and April Ballard; and her grandchildren, Kashina Hurley of Dayton, OH, Leroy Jr., Da'Mon Ballard (Teyonia), Samantha Bernard (Justin) of Pepper Pike, OH and Daphney Bonner. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
