He is survived by: his children, Karen Rafalowski (Bill) of New Orleans, LA, Renee Church (David) of North Canton, OH and Mark Wilton (Janet) of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
