He is survived by: his children, Joseph Allan (Carol), Elizabeth Schuring (Dennis Schnader) and James Allan; his grandchildren, Christa Schuring-Stephens (Jeremy), Matthew Schuring (Ashley), Heather Zapolnik (Jarred), Denise Taylor, Karen McPherson (Ian), Ian Allan (Tiffany) and Addie Allan; and his sister Joanne Salmen. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
