She was predeceased by: her parents, Park Boone and Violet Boone; her former husband Herbert; and her brothers, Melvin and Robert Boone.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Milburn (Joni Nelson), Dianna Bowers and Tammy Ohman (Robert); her grandchildren, Crystal Webber, Julie Valentine (Jason), Terri Luckel and Phillip O'Conner; and her fiancé Ethan Hammon. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; six step grandchildren, eight great step-grandchildren and one great great step-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the Stark County Human Society.
