She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Burns and Dorothy Burns (Foltz); her in-laws, Frank and Irma Kolasa; and her siblings, Richard Burns, Donnie Burns and Marjorie Jaramillo.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Kolasa; her children, Kimberly Kinnear (Jim), Stephanie Strunk (Scott) and Frank Kolasa (Jill); her grandchildren, Shannon Shreffler (Nick), Patrick Kinnear, Brian Strunk, Ava Strunk, Casey Kolasa and Evan Kolasa; her sister-in-law Ginger Burns; her siblings, Denny Burns (Karen), Mark Burns, Marvin Esselburn (Lori) and Dolly Allen (Russ); and her siblings-in-law, Jim Kolasa (Sam), Linda Ebey (George), Sherry Maxhimer (Tom) and Carol Bandurka (Wally). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
