He was predeceased by: his father Clarence E. Foltz; his brother William G. Foltz; and his brother-in-law Duane Dourm. He is survived by: his fiancée Sue Welty; his sister Betty Dourm; and his nieces, Cathy Miller (Rod), Lisa Foltz and Cindy Hartenstein (Bill). He is also survived by several extended family members and many good friends.
