He is survived by: his wife Shirley M. (Kahler); his son Mark Offineer of East Canton; his son-in-law Laura Vertolli; his grandchildren, Staci Matchett (Zach) and Adam Vertolli (Haley Collins); his brother Don Offineer of Louisville; his sister-in-law Maxine Offineer of Louisville; and also James Vertolli.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Fairhope United Methodist Church, Louisville.
