He is survived by: his parent Isabella Borges (Rodriguez); his brother Andy Borges; his children, Stephanie, Valerie, Tracy Singh (Marcan) of Pittsburgh, Tamara Lowe (Clinton) of Carrollton, Bryan Harris (Sharon) of Canton, Leon Harris, Scott Harris of Zanesville and Brandon Harris of East Canton; and his sister Maria Rodriguez of Portugal. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
