He was predeceased by: his grandfather Gregory "Louie" Leno; and his great-grandparent Robert Saunier. He is survived by: his parents, Taylor Gregory Leno and Kellie Diane Keiser; his grandparents, Kathy Leno, Tim and Rhonda Keiser; his great-grandparents, Michalene Saunier, Ken and Beverly Keiser; his aunts, Lindsay Favazzo (Nick), Stephanie Keiser and Rayann Leno; and his cousin Gianna Favazzo. He is also survived by many extended family members and good friends.

The family request memorial donations in Noah's memory be made to Akron Children's Hospital.
