Johnson (Moyer); her daughter Lisa Johnson; her grandson David J. Bayer; her brothers, Brent Johnson (Angel) and Lloyd P. Johnson; and her grandmother Judy Johnson. She is also survived by two nieces, four nephews and extended family.
