She was predeceased by: her parent John Twaddle; and her husband Clyde Evans. She is survived by: her parent Anna Twaddle (Johnson); and her children, Gary Evans of Louisville, Benny Evans (Carolyn) of Louisville, Joe Evans (Kathy) of Dayton and Gayle Evans of Bolivar. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Donations may be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
