She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Mark and Elizabeth Mark (Mondock); and her siblings, Paul Mark, Steve Mark and JaneAnn Mathess.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amanda Leach and Alisha Leach; and her grandchildren, Shelby Leach, Aaliyah Leach, Areanna Leach, Marci Farnsworth and Mason Farnsworth.
