Hayes (Joan) and George Ray Hayes (Carolyn); his stepdaughter Lisa Leach; and his grandchildren, Geremy Matula, Shawn Guarino, Ryker Guarino, Jodi Hayes, Natalie Hayes, Marissa Leach, Kayla Stevenson, Erica Stevenson and Jahmir Stevenson. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
