He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Lewis (Williams). He is survived by: his father Thomas Lewis; his stepmother Donna Lewis; his siblings, Jennifer Lewis, Jessica Bowser and Jeff Lewis; his nephew Austin Lewis; and his niece Kayleigh Bowser.
