He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Lewis (Williams); and his brother John. He is survived by: his father Thomas Lewis; his son Austin Lewis; his stepdaughter Allyson Simon; his stepmother Donna Lewis; his sisters, Jennifer Lewis and Jessica Bowser; and his niece Kayleigh Bowser.
