He is survived by: his wife JoAnn (Rupar); his daughters, Linda Drake, Dawn Butler (Dale) and Lisa Entrikin (Jamie); his grandsons, Eric, Jason Drake, Steven (Karre), Mark Butler and Joshua Entrikin; his great grandchildren, Maddox, Ariana and Lance; and his sisters, Augustine Culberson and Vivian Cook.
