He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Mullins and Locie Mullins (White); his wife Kathryn Mullins; and his siblings, Kenny, Danny, Barb, Violet and Caroline.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Johnson (David) of East Canton, Gary Mullins of Wadsworth and Edward Mullins (Georgia) of Jacksonville Florida; and his siblings, Faye Smith (Jim), Hellen Marler (CJ), David Mullins (Ilona), Gene Mullins, Gene White (Carolyn) and Gina Kosmo. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great=grandchildren.
