She is survived by: her husband Tim Middaugh; her sons, Allen Middaugh (Sara), Matthew Middaugh (Katie) and Stephen Middaugh; her grandchildren, Everett, Vivian and Garrett; and her siblings, Debbie Staberg (Dean) and Robert Lefferts Jr. Keeping.
