He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Eleanor Garman; and his siblings, Merle Garman, James Garman and Ruth Potter. He is survived by: his sons, Charles A. Garman (Priscilla) of Becket, Victor A. Garman and William A. Garman; his grandchildren, Charles A. Garman (Aimee), Amelia Manning (Eugene), Victor J. Garman (Jill Scully), Richard J. Garman (Nikki), Jennifer Picha (Brad), William C. Garman and Kristi Foss (Terry); and his nephew Merle Garman (Linda).
