With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorthy Hasselschwert of Dupont, Ohio, born in Defiance, Ohio, who passed away on July 4, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Packer and Mary Font Packer (Weaver). She is survived by: her husband Donald E. Hasselschwert; and her children, Eugene Hasselschwert (Sandra) of New Bavaria, Charles Hasselschwert (Vickie) of Dupont, Janice Huizenga (Michael) of Continental and Ruthann Gossman of Findlay. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
