He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Spearman and Kay Spearman (Carey) of Dunkirk. He is survived by: his significant other Andrea Thomas; his children, Taylor Bohn (Brandon) and Colton Spearman (Rachel Sizer); his grandchildren, Olivia and Evan Bohn; his siblings, Devin Spearman (Mary), Jadon Spearman (Erin), Shanda Dye (Jody) and Tanille Crooks (Keith); his pets, Mack and Dottie; and his son Mack (Sunday Fundays). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and a great-nephew.
