He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Davis and Linda Sue Lackey; his son Ryan Probst; and his brother Jimmy Lackey. He is survived by: his fiancée Brandy Cole of Dunkirk; and his children, Holly Hansen (Jake) of Florida, Hannah Lackey of Indiana, Trevor Lackey (Lillian) of Indiana, Natalie Lackey of Indiana, Kaelin Probst, Cody Schlatter (Miryah) of Kenton, Kearson Blair (Paul) of Kenton and Madison Cole. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and numerous brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
