He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis Van Scoy; his children, Kenny Hopson (Amber) of Dunkirk, Mary Hopson of Dunkirk, Leasa Lee (Scott) of Delphos and Jennifer Wilch of Dola; his grandchildren, Cassandra Lightner (Eric), Sheign Hopson, Kamryn Hopson, Sahbastion Hopson, Michael Lee (Lindsey), Jason Lee, Haley Stidham (Nate), Lexi Wilch, Maddy Wilch, Ava Hopson, Nolan Hopson and Aspen Hopson; his great grandchildren, Kendra Lightner, George Lightner, Brody Hopson, Karleigh Stidham and Koby Stidham; and his siblings, Paul Hopson (Janice) of Tennessee, Melvin "Buck" Hopson (Saundra) of Harrod and Doris Selhorst of Dunkirk.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to High Street Freewill Baptist Church, Harrod.
