She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert R. Seabert and Helen Maxine Seabert (Wheeler); and her grandsons, Cody DeLong and Caleb DeLong. She is survived by: her sons, Christopher DeLong (Deb Lingrel) of Temple and Craig DeLong (Wendy) of Dunkirk; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Green of Findlay; her granddaughters, Sarah Johnson (Zachary) of Dunkirk and Caitlyn DeLong (Kole Young) of Gibsonburg; her great grandchild Brailey DeLong; and her granddaughter-in-law Ashlyn DeLong of Dola.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Kathy's honor may be made to Stride for Life via the funeral home or their website.
