He was predeceased by: his brother Bryan Minter. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Rogers; his children, Chelsea Minter (Jeremy Holland) of Kenton and Corey Minter (Brittany Vent) of Kenton; his parents, John Minter and Phyllis Bryan (McCrary); his granddaughter Isabelle Allen; and his brother Bradley Minter. He is also survived by one niece, and many aunts and uncles.
