He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Obenour and Ruth Obenour (Croy); his brother Paul; and his sister-in-law Janet Obenour. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Elaine Wykes; his children, Valerie Obenour, Doug Obenour (Vicky) and Nancy Souder (Jere); his granddaughter Hannah Souder; his nephews, Keith Obenour (Tina), Brian Obenour (Sherri) and Mark Obenour (JoJo); and his stepgrandchildren, Beth Vanderkooi, Libby Javurek (Austin), Jacob and Aiden Javurek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the VAD Department of OSU Ross Heart Hospital in Columbus, or the Chad Mays Horseshoe Club.
