She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl C. Simpson and Juanita Mae Simpson (Stanley); her sister Vilma Wells; and her daughter Roberta C. Poe. She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Douglas; her grandchildren, Terrah, Joshua, Brittany, Matthew, Andrew, Austin and Stephen; her great grandchildren, Bret, Marcia, Valentina, Noah, Miley, Kayden, Zoey, Ethan, Carson, Brooklynn, Makenzie, Hayden, Peyton, Lillian and Ashtyn; and her sister Danna S. Dennis (late Don F.).
